KitBash3D is actively seeking an experienced Senior Content Marketer to lead the content marketing initiatives that elevate our brand and connect with our diverse audience. In this strategic yet hands-on role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing content marketing efforts that span websites, blogs, social media, emails, and video content.

This role will be a part of our Marketing Team, reporting directly to our Head of Marketing, and working collaboratively with specialists in graphic design, video editing, and 3D rendering to craft compelling and cohesive brand experiences. Your creativity, strategic mindset, and passion for storytelling will be instrumental in shaping our voice, engaging our community, and driving our growth.

Location: This position can be remote or hybrid and is open to candidates based in CA, OR, WA, FL, TX, CT, MO, and IL. Candidates in the Portland, Oregon area have the option to work out of our headquarters in Portland.

What You'll Contribute

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and target audience.
  • Manage the regular flow of timely, new content on websites; engage our audience on major social media platforms; drive traffic to our channels; otherwise assist in growing the company’s online presence
  • Produce digital content that supports and enhances marketing initiatives, such as writing news articles, blogs, creating social media content, contests, and newsletters.
  • Conduct thorough research to ensure content is accurate, credible, and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, partnerships, and product, to ensure content is aligned with brand messaging, tone, and style.
  • Monitor content performance and analyze metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing.
  • Identify opportunities for content partnerships, collaborations, and guest blogging to expand reach and visibility.

What You Bring to the Team

  • 5+ years of experience in content management or similar roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Content Manager or similar role.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent research skills to gather and analyze relevant information from reliable sources.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative content ideas.
  • Experience with data analysis and using analytics tools to measure content performance.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with modern AI-driven content marketing tools
